The Moon

This page features a subset of my solar system images, being just those I've taken of the moon. The moon has such varied terrain, one can take dozens of images of just this one object and not repeat any. These images were taken using various techniques and telescopes, ranging from a focal length of 180mm all the way up to 6096mm! Click any thumbnail to see the full-size image and a description of the object. Place the mouse cursor over any words highlighted in green for more information. For mobile device users, all the highlighted terms are listed under the Glossary tab.
